What is the Creative Wellness Course?

The first 50 people from Bradford who register for the course will also receive a creativity box; filled with creative supplies including paints, brushes and canvas.

Module 2 – Goal setting and creating a vision board.

Module 3 – Creating a positive mindset and creating a collage of influential people in your life.
